PLEASE READ ALL THE POINTS MENTIONED BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKING. BY PROCEEDING WITH THE PAYMENT, THE CLIENT AGREES TO THE TERMS MENTIONED IN THIS CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY.

  1. Booking & Confirmation
  • All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment through our approved payment methods.
  • Customized experiences, surprise setups, decorations, gifts, hotel arrangements, cakes, photographers, musicians, or any third-party services once booked are considered reserved exclusively for the client.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • No cancellation, refund, adjustment, or modification shall be applicable for customized gifts or personalized items once the booking is confirmed.
  • If cancellation is made 10 days or more before the event date, 15% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made between 10 days to 6 days before the event date, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made between 6 days to 2 days before the event date, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event date or on the same day, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees and no refund will be initiated.

 

  1. Rescheduling Policy
  • More than 48 hours before the event: Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability with a rescheduling fee of 15% of the booking amount.
  • Between 24 to 48 hours before the event: Rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-to-case basis with a rescheduling fee of 30%.
  • Less than 24 hours before the event: No rescheduling requests will be accepted.
  • No rescheduling is possible for bookings made within 2 days of the execution date.

 

  1. Peak Date Policy
  • No cancellation or refund shall be applicable for bookings scheduled between:
    • 30th December to 1st January
    • 13th February to 15th February
    • Other special blackout or festive dates announced by WePlaan4You
  • No rescheduling requests will be entertained for such dates.

 

  1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 7-8 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • The refunded amount may reflect in the original payment source within 7-10 working days, depending upon banking channels and payment gateway processing timelines.
  • Refunds will only be initiated to the original mode of payment used during booking.

 

  1. Cancellation by WePlaan4You
  • In case WePlaan4You is unable to execute the experience due to unforeseen operational issues, safety concerns, government restrictions, vendor unavailability, natural calamities, or unavoidable circumstances, the client will be eligible for:
    • Full refund, or
    • Rescheduling option, depending upon the situation.
  • Approved refunds in such cases will be processed within 8-10 working days.

 

  1. Force Majeure

WePlaan4You shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to execute services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Rain, flood, storm, thunderstorm, earthquake, or other natural calamities
  • Government restrictions or legal issues
  • Riots, strikes, political disturbances, or public unrest
  • Venue restrictions or sudden venue closures
  • Traffic restrictions or emergency situations

Under such situations, refund requests may not be applicable.

 

  1. How to Cancel a Booking

To officially cancel your booking, clients must contact us through:

  • Registered email address
  • Registered mobile number
  • Official support channels mentioned on our website

The cancellation request must include:

  • Booking Reference ID
  • Registered Name
  • Registered Contact Number

 

  1. Payment Gateway & Transaction Terms
  • Payments made on WePlaan4You are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways including PayU and other authorized payment partners.
  • WePlaan4You does not store any confidential card, banking, UPI, or payment credentials on its servers.
  • In case of transaction failure where the amount is deducted but booking is not confirmed, the refund shall be governed by the respective bank or payment gateway settlement timelines.

 

  1. Important Note
  • Clients are advised to read all product details, inclusions, exclusions, and individual cancellation policies carefully before making payment.
  • Failure to read the cancellation policy shall not be considered a valid reason for dispute or refund claims.
  • WePlaan4You reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
