    • All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

    • WePlaan4You does not store debit/credit card or banking information on its servers.
    • In case of payment failure where the amount is deducted but booking is not confirmed, refund timelines shall depend on banking and payment gateway processing.

    All cancellations and rescheduling requests shall be governed by the official Cancellation & Refund Policy available on our website.

    • Customized gifts and personalized products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked.
    • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and applicable charges.
    • Peak date bookings including Valentine’s week, New Year, and special occasions may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
